Founded and led by Vanelda Hopes, Executive Director of JAS Golden, LLC, our practice brings more than 30 years of experience in business operations across nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Vanelda is a strategic collaborator who strengthens team dynamics, drives innovation, and aligns missions, cultures, and people-centered processes to create meaningful and lasting change. Her background spans leadership roles in higher education, justice and equity initiatives, nonprofit fundraising, and corporate operations—experience that informs every engagement we undertake.
Through our Operational Efficiency, Event Design, and Chief of Staff / Project Management services, we partner with organizations to strengthen systems, nurture collaboration, and bring their missions to life in ways that are sustainable, inclusive, and deeply aligned with their values.
